| Rosemount Baptist Schools - Parent-Teacher Fellowship Bylaws |
| Article I |
- Principle office shall be at the First Baptist Church of Rosemount, 14400 Diamond Path West, Rosemount, MN 66068.
- Purpose shall be to promote communications between parents and teachers and to undertake various projects that improve and enhance our school.

| Article II (Meetings) |
- The meetings will be held as determined by the officers and school administration.
- A quorum will consist of 25 members, and a passing motion will be a majority of the members present. In the event that a quorum is not present, the business meeting will be automatically adjourned.
- Membership - A member will be a parent of a child enrolled in the Rosemount Baptist School or a teacher of the school.
- Voting - Each member has the right of one vote.

| Article III (Officers) |
- General - No person shall serve more than two consecutive terms as President, Vice President, or Treasurer.
- Election of Officers - Election of officers shall be held at the first meeting in the fall.
- President - The President will be a member of the First Baptist Church of Rosemount. He will preside at all business meetings and will be authorized to sign checks.
- Vice President - The Vice President shall assist the President as necessary and preside over meetings in his absence.
Treasurer - The Treasurer shall account to the members for all receipts and disbursements and be authorized to sign checks.
- Secretary - The Secretary shall take all minutes of the business meetings and handle all of the organizational correspondence, also determine if there is a quorum present.
- Social Coordinators - There shall be two (2) social Coordinators elected and they shall organize all of the social activities of the Fellowship.
- All new officers will assume elected positions after the fall meeting elections.
- The President, Vice President, and Treasurer shall be the main coordination body for the PTF. They shall be responsible to establish certain fund raising projects and make sure they are executed properly. In order to accomplish this, each officer will be authorized to expend an amount up to $50 without total PTF approval.
